We had a wonderful Easter weekend. We spent Saturday afternoon dying easter eggs with Brian's nephews and niece and some time enjoying the pear blossoms lining the driveway of Brian's parent's house. Sunday we (as a family) went to our new ward for the first time, where also, it so happens, Brian's cousin's wife's (haha) family also goes, and his cousin and his wife were home for the week from BYU-Idaho to bless their baby boy. So it was really neat to be there for that, in our new ward, and then we enjoyed dinner at their house afterward. It was definitely a non-traditional Easter, but definitely a good one nonetheless! It's always a wonderful season to rejoice in the atoning sacrifice of our Savior, remember that He lives and loves us, and know that through Him we can return to our Heavenly Father! How joyful! :) Here are some wonderful pictures we took on this beautiful weekend.
Miles enjoyed playing in Gracie's exercise saucer while we dyed eggs. Next year we'll let him in on the fun.
