I apologize that my posts are always so long- if I'm taking the time to blog it's gotta be something important to blog about, right? But at least it's mostly pictures. :)
Here is our little "rock star" for Halloween. He's really a drummer in real life ;) but the guitar suited his costume better (and better described what he was.) And let's face it, he pretty much rocks.

Ooooo our pumpkins on our doorstep on Halloween night! Minus my haunted house... it was still being worked on.
Our pumpkin line-up this year: Brian did the witch's face and the green glowing cat/moon (only shown above- the camera wouldn't pick up the green glow in the other pics) and my angry little owl and haunted house :D 
Brian always does an amazing job. It can't be because he's so meticulous... I won't tell you how many hours he worked on this. 
It's become a bit of a tradition to do a ginger bread house for Halloween and Christmas- and I love it! My favorite: our little owl collaboration creation on the tree. :) 
The day before Halloween we did a spur of the moment trip to Harpers Ferry in WV. The trees were beautiful, the town was amazing, and we got to walk the battlefield and experience a cannon being fired. So cool!
We toured this wax museum... one of the wierdest experiences of my life. If you ever go to Harpers Ferry, you may need to check this out- if you want to be completely wiered out by the story of a crazy man told through scary wax figures made in the '60s. It was perfect for the day before Halloween though. ;) The wierdest thing: it's 100% serious and a true story. True story.
